Melbourne University Taekwondo Club offers three sessions of taekwondo training a week. Participants learn kicking, sparring and poomsae techniques, while also improving their fitness, strength and flexibility.
These sessions are available to every individual, no matter their age, experience level or University enrolment. The club also prides itself on its social community, with events such as dinners, bbqs and karaoke happening all throughout the year.
Wednesday: 4:00 – 6:00pm. East Stadium, Melbourne University Sports Centre
Friday: 5:30 – 7:30pm. West Stadium, Melbourne University Sports Centre
Sunday: 1:00 – 3:00pm. MindBody Studio, Melbourne University Sports Centre (Sparring-focused)
Sunday: 3:30 – 4:30pm. MindBody Studio, Melbourne University Sports Centre (Poomsae-focused)
